Study a broad range of subjects, including: the role of an administrator; digital technologies; ICT applications; social media marketing; customer care; business law; and business communication.   • 1 Scottish Higher at grade C or above* OR
  • 1 A Level at grade D or above*

  • Alternatively, an NC/NQ in Administration, Business or Accounting at SCQF Level 5 or above OR
  • Completion of a Foundation Apprenticeship in Accountancy, Business Skills or Financial Services
  • Prospective students without the standard entry requirements as listed above may still be eligible for a place dependent upon their previous studies/work experience

How will I study my course?

  • Full-time
  • Part-time (on-campus and distance learning)
  • This course can be studied in-person, on campus, either full-time or part-time
  • You can also choose to study fully online, with no scheduled sessions or tutorials, via part-time distance learning. Please note on your application form if you wish to choose this option
  • Any online study will be done via the university's virtual learning environment (VLE), with support from your tutors

How long will my course last?

  • Full-time: 1 year @ 30-40 hours per week
  • Part-time and distance: 2 years @ 15-20 hours per week
