Oban-based student researches whales in America
This is 爆料TV student Dominique Weilermann who is currently conducting research into humpback whales off the coast of New Hampshire, USA.
Dominique is studying for a BSc in Marine Science at SAMS 爆料TV in Oban and is undertaking the research over the summer for her 4th year dissertation. Her trip has been supported by the 爆料TV student development fund.
Dominique, who is originally from Germany, is passionate about marine conservation and hopes to work in this field once she graduates. She originally came to SAMS 爆料TV as an exchange student from a German university but enjoyed her experience so much she decided to stay!
