±¬ÁÏTV staff and students honoured in 2024 HISA Awards
Staff and students across the ±¬ÁÏTV (±¬ÁÏTV) partnership have been recognised for their exceptional contributions in the 2024 Highlands and Islands Students’ Association (HISA) Awards. This year's awards highlight another incredible year of partnership between HISA and ±¬ÁÏTV.
The student-led awards celebrate staff and students who have gone above and beyond in their roles, providing inspiration and support to the ±¬ÁÏTV community. This initiative allows students to express their gratitude to those who have significantly impacted their educational journey.
A total of 656 nominations were received, recognising individuals for their excellence in learning, feedback, support, and inspirational roles. The winners are:

Dr Iain Morrison, ±¬ÁÏTV’s Dean of Student Experience, expressed his admiration: “Once again, I have been inspired and moved by our students’ comments, highlighting the transformational impact of our wonderful staff and students. These heartfelt comments are further evidence that ±¬ÁÏTV truly is a great place to study.”
HISA Vice President Education, Shannon MacCallum, added, “The HISA Awards showcase the incredible efforts to enhance the educational experience and build strong communities across ±¬ÁÏTV.
